17. ♦ REGULATORY SIGNS - NO U TURN

 
 

NO U TURN

Where: On a public road before or on the far side of an intersection.

Purpose: To prevent vehicles from turning around so that it faces the opposite direction.

Action: Drive only in the direction indicated by the arrow. You can make a U-turn at any intersection without traffic lights, or any break in the centre island of the road, unless there is a no U-turn sign.
